Kathy Fragnoli, President of The Resolution Group, has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1979. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston College, and a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law and the Harvard School for Negotiations. After a twelve year career with a major airline and more than a decade of mediation, negotiation, and arbitration experience, she formed The Resolution Group.

Ms. Fragnoli has trained over 1,600 mediators and has conducted over 2,300 mediations and arbitrations. She was recently under contract with the Pentagon to mediate high profile cases for the United States Air Force and serves as a labor arbitrator for the Postal Service, Southwest Airlines and several police associations and cities. She is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators.

In 2008, Kathy was voted by the State Bar of Texas as one of the top mediators in Texas for the past 20 years.

Ms. Fragnoli was selected by her peers as one of the Best Lawyers in America for 2009 and 2010 in the field of dispute resolution, and by "D" Magazine as one of the best woman lawyers in Dallas, TX in 2010.

Kathy is one of 23 mediators in the nation profiled in a new book about ADR published by the American Bar Association. Her classes have recently been featured on CNN. She is the author of Peace at Work which can be ordered through Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
